What does ASHA-BILLING say?

Per Rule Q of Principle I, individuals shall maintain timely records, accurately record and bill for services provided and products dispensed, and shall not misrepresent services provided, products dispensed, or research and scholarly activities conducted. Per Rule D of Principle III, individuals shall not defraud, scheme to defraud, or engage in any illegal or negligent conduct related to obtaining payment or reimbursement for services, products, research, or grants. Per Rule G of Principle III, individuals shall not knowingly make false financial or nonfinancial statements and shall complete all materials honestly and without omission.
