The BACB itself and clients were the most common notifiers. The majority of notices contained 1-2 actionable violations. The most frequent ethics violations were: (1) Improper or inadequate supervision or delegation, (2) Failure to report or respond to the BACB as required, (3) Professionalism and integrity issues. Of the 94 notices acted upon through the Disciplinary Review system, corrective action was the most common consequence (43.6%) and revocation of certification was the most severe (8.5%).
