What does RES-BHCOE say?
The Behavioral Health Center of Excellence (BHCOE) is an accrediting body for applied behavior analysis organizations. BHCOE publishes accreditation standards addressing clinical quality, consumer protection, staff qualifications and training, supervision practices, outcome measurement, and organizational ethics. BHCOE accreditation signals that an ABA organization meets independently audited quality benchmarks. For individual practitioners, BHCOE standards are useful context when evaluating whether an employer's policies support ethical practice (e.g., caseload sizes, supervision hours, billing integrity). BHCOE also publishes research briefs and white papers on quality measurement in ABA at bhcoe.org/resources.
