INTRO-ENFORCEMENT — Introduction: Enforcement of the Code
What does INTRO-ENFORCEMENT say?
The BACB investigates all alleged violations and enforces the Code through its Code-Enforcement Procedures. Any individual can report an alleged violation by submitting a Notice of Alleged Violation through the BACB website. The BACB processes all Notices that meet criteria and routes them through either its Education System (for less severe matters) or its Disciplinary System (for more serious matters). The Code-Enforcement Procedures outline all of the possible outcomes and the due process provided to the individual throughout the review process.
