What does INTRO-APPLICATION say?

The Code applies to behavior analysts in all of their professional activities. This includes direct service delivery; supervision and training; management; research; presentations; public statements (including those on social media); and the development, use, and distribution of products and services. The Code applies regardless of the modality of service delivery (e.g., in person, remotely). Some ethics standards reference requirements that are determined by applicable laws, regulations, or organizations. In all instances, behavior analysts should follow the most stringent applicable requirement.
